Safety Town Volunteer Registration

Adult Volunteer Application (18 years+)

Come volunteer at Safety Town! (must be 12 years or older)

Adult volunteers may be teachers in the classroom. They are responsible for reinforcing the lesson plan for the day. All supplies and schedules are ready for the volunteer before the first day of class. We also have adults that volunteer on the town, help with snacks, music and other operational needs. We can find a spot for you!  Many teachers volunteer the year their 5-year-old attends the Safety Town program. For more info please email info@safetytownnwa.com


All volunteers in a teaching position must be over 18 and have a background check that we will supply and pay for.

Junior Volunteer Application (12- 17 years)

Junior volunteers 12 and over are the backbone of this program. They are instrumental in helping the children learn their safety lessons and have fun. This is an excellent way to complete community service hours that so many schools require. To be accepted, a teen must submit an application each year along with a letter of recommendation their first year. The letter can be emailed to info@safetytownnwa.com. Space is limited.

  • Help with transitions and organization

  • Model positive behavior

  • Support staff as needed

I hereby give my consent for the above mentioned volunteer to be photographed at Safety Town. I also agree that they may use or permit others to use the negatives or prints in such a manner as they deem necessary.
